Prior to consulting, she was an advertising
executive and award-winning creative director
for agencies, such as: FCB, DMB&B, DDB and
McCann-Erickson. She was responsible for winning
several new accounts and increasing billings.

Peter Emsley's career has spanned 25
plus years in the Canadian Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods field,
rising to Senior Management roles through Marketing and Sales. His
proven track record and many years of experience in the development
of Branded, Co-Pack, Private Label, Retail, Foodservice, Export and
Industrial goods has delivered significant bottom line impact.
A solid network of contacts across
North America have also been instrumental in building number one
brands, re-branding, strategic category management and alignment of
branded and private label offerings.

20 years experience building brands and companies,
Sherri is known for her ability to capitalize on the
longer-term opportunity, without losing sight of the
need for practical, day-to-day business solutions. Her
expertise includes positioning/equity development, new
product development/launch, integrated communications
strategy, and consumer research.
Sherri has held executive positions in
Marketing, Public Relations, Market Research, and
Strategic Planning at Fresh Express, Inc., innovator and
creator of the now $2B+ Packaged Salads category, and
ConAgra Frozen Foods, where she ran $500MM businesses
and drove successful new product introductions for
brands including Healthy Choice, Banquet, and Kid
Cuisine. Since leaving the corporate world, she has
founded two successful entrepreneurial start-ups,
including a rapidly growing $1MM+ service business and a
successful marketing consulting business.
She has been recognized
as an industry leader as the recipient of the Edison
Award, an Effie Award, and the Refrigerated and Frozen
